Starting an On Line Business
A friend & I are looking at starting an on line business selling used childrens clothing on line. It there anything that we should take into consideration before doing this?

Aside from making sure you are collecting sales tax and reporting income you should be fine. If it is more than a casual sale, and the clothing is intended to be worn, you ought to have adequate liability insurance. Kids are awfully allergic to all kinds of things.
