Stocks
I left a company and they were to pay me my stocks in 90 days. 90 days passed and now they indicate they will mail the check out tomorrow.

Did you have a question? If you are worried about your check being sent one day late, there probably is not much you can do. As long as you get the check, I cannot see how you have been sufficiently damaged by your check being one day late to be terribly worried about it.
