Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I was wondering if there is any thing a person could do if every person in a department has to work weekends except for 1 person and she is just a part time employee ?

I am not sure if you are a full time and do not want to work weekends, or if you are the part time employee and you do want to work weekends. Unless there is an employment contract to the contrary or you believe there is some type of unlawful discrimination, you need to work when you are scheduled.
