Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
Just wondering if it is true or false?
My brothe rwas recently ordained by one of those ''online minstries''. The name of the ministry is Universal Ministries. I was just wondering if this was a legal ordination or if it is just a joke? I didn't know what legal category it would fall under so I just chose one. Thanks for all your time.

There's no legal standard I know of for ordination as a minister. On the other hand if it's a sham excuse to avoid taxes or otherwise evade legal responsibilities that could be looked at closely by the IRS.
