Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
Im 19 years old my dad has legal guardianship of me but i dont want him to be he doesn't really let me hangout with friends for no reason he rarely lets me spend the night with them he is too controlling I have a disability but im like most teens out there sometimes I dont make good choices I dont make good financial decisions. Is he being too strict?

Do you think you can handle your own affairs adequately? Because you are of age. You may be able to get the guardianship set aside, but then, you'd have to support yourself and get a job. Is that what you want?
