Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
Do i need a attorney
I got into trouble for not scanning 4 cartons of ciggeretes from the place i worked. Well there was 3 people that got into trouble for it. One of the ladys said I was taped on Sunday for it, and the whole thing is i didnt work sunday, nor was i in the store. Also when the cop came and got me, he was asking me questions, before my dad came and he didnt read me my rights before asking me questions about the case. Do you think i need a lawyer to fight this, for the whole thing with they said they had me on tape on sunday and for the cop asking me questions before he read me my rights and before my dad was there. I am underage, what do you think?
