Breaking a Lease?
I co-signed for my son and his fiance on a 1 yr lease to an apartment. She left my son to pursue a man and now he is stuck with paying the entire amount or breaking the lease himself. I have been making the payment for him to avoid bad credit since he cannot afford the entire amount himself. What can we do at this point to get her share of the rent for which she signed the lease?

Essentially nothing beyond suing her for the deficiency. Then, if successful you have to figure out a way to collect it.
