Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
If I called the office of a non profit agency to report one of their employees being negligent and abusive towards the person they are 24/7 care taking, can they give the employee my name? This is a mentor program where a employee is assigned a disabled person to live in their home and teach them skills to get out on their own. My report was valid and nothing done but the employee who happens to be a neighbor was told by her employer it was me who called.

I don't think there's a legal question to be answered here, and even if there is, the cat's out of the bag so to speak.
