Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
used car purchase
We bought a used vehicle 10 days ago, it has been at the dealers shop 4 of those days due to a fuel leak. I just got it back and discovered the CD player does not work. We bought the vehicle with the understanding that it did work. We contacted the dealer and they said ''too bad its your car now.'' Can we return the car since it is not what we bargined for? Does the dealership have to fix it? Please Help!

Re: used car purchase
It would depend on what the terms and conditions of the written purchase agreement state. If it says "as-is, no warranty" in the window sticker you're out of luck.
