Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
why is it if there is a no contact order: the person that put the order in place can call and tex and send e-mails to a person and nothing is done? but if the one that has the nco will go to jail if they respond

They can be charged with aiding and abetting a violation of no contact order.
