Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
A co-worker of mine was able to access facebook of another co-worker of mine. She was given the information to the account to look at a post on her on facebook wall. She then took it upon her own to go through all her private messages and discovered several private messages between this person and myself. She is now trying to use this information to get me in trouble at work. Is this a invasion of privacy? And can I get into trouble at work/possible lose my job?

It is an invasion of privacy but once the message leaves your hands it's public and never goes away.
