Deframation Of Caricter
This Lady and her husband are calling my head office at work saying i told them i dont like black folks. I have been written up for it now and if i get another one i will be fired. THey have been in my store calling me a bitch and a white whore. would this be a good suit to file?

The facts do add up to a basis for a lawsuit. My guess, however, is that you will have to be prepared to finance it. Lawsuits are expensive, as are attorneys' fees, and you are not likely to find an attorney to take this matter on a contingent basis. I would hope that your boss would be more open to your denial of the truth of these false charges, and sympathetic to your position and the emotional distress, you are obviously undergoing.
