Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
EEO and Criminal Law
I have EEO and Criminal Charges to file. I can now seek an attorney but what type of attorney can/should I consult? Should I also talk to the Police about the Criminal Charges? I am not certain where to look for a good attorney, as most civil rights attorneys are located in Des Moines which is a bit far. I also do not have any money as it has drained my bank trying to live and find another job. I really need some help and I am in SE Iowa.
