Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa

I am 16, I'll be 17 in March. My step-dad raped me twice when i was 14 i have have no proof of it. and i want to move in with somebody, or on my own. I live with people now that wont let me get a job, but i really need to find a way to do this....please help me figure this out.

The age of majority in Iowa is 18. I don't know what you can do about it based on what you've told me.
