Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
I am engaged to a woman who's parents don't want us to be together and they made a false complaint against me to get us to separate and I need to know if there is any legal way I can get a copy of the complaint to show my fiance what is going on and save my relationship?

If you have not been charged with anything the chances are slim to none. If you have been charged with something then you are entitled to discovery.
