Estates
Eldery, widowed mother. Four siblings. One sibling not trustworthy. Other three siblings want to know what they can do to protect their mother and their own rights against this sibling whom we don't trust.

The answer to that is nothing, unless your mother chooses to give you a power of attorney or is incompetent.
