Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa

False imprisonment

I have a court case which involves, A Civil Rights, Malpractice, False imprisonment, Violations of Mental Health Human Rights-C-3,5,7,12,14. Violation of Code229.22 Section 2;

False urine test, proof that no urine test was taken with admission. Used somebody else file in mine. Plus wrong social security number; Didn't have any medicine in me. Was stoic. Did an observation on the Hospital Ward why I was there. Met with some Board Members. The doctor gave me medicine and rejected it. Next day he wrote in my medical record. She is doing great, has concentration. And I had no medicine in me. Medical records state stoic and in control.

If I take this to court, how much money do you think I should go for? Or do you could do- You don't get paid until

I get paid. I have all the medical records and proof.

Sorry, I'm not in a position to underwrite or finance litigation. I do not work on a contingency fee basis.
