Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
How can I find an address to someone I've sued? Judgement was entered against the defendant in my small claims case today, despite not being able to serve notice via certified mail. I will be looking to collect on the judgement, and am wondering how to find an address so that I may begin once I am able to. Thanks!

That's not really a legal question. A lot of times judgments go uncollected because the person disappears. Start with the last known address and work from there. You might have to hire a skip tracer if there's enough money involved.
