Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
My friends puppie got bit my a older dog. The owner of the older dog made a verbal agreement to pay for the vet bill, but now she backing out of the agreement and not wanting to pay for the vet. The cops were not called because she wanted to settle it and be nice about it, but like I said now the owner of the older dog is refusing to pay. The puppy got bit on the spine, the rib cage and won't use her right hind leg almost like its broke. What does she do, is there anyway to make her pay for the pups vet bill??? Please help

Your friend can sue in small claims court.
