Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
While I was at home visiting my sick mother, my dorm roommate and her friend lied to the Residential Advisor to unlock my friends room and moved all my stuff in there without our permission. Moved all my bathroom and sink things also. They didn't have permission to touch my stuff or go into my friends room that she had locked. What laws did they break? I want her to have to move out and I really need help. I was thinking along the lines of trespassing, breaking and entering and invasion of privacy from what i have read from the net so far.

If you like you can file a complaint with your local police department and see whether they'll investigate it.
