How can I get my husband to allow me to talk to loan company
I have invested $115,000
00 of money from an inheritance on this home, my husband has the loan in his name only, he is in contempt of court, how do i go about enforcing that? The house is in foreclosure, Do I have any rights?

I think you've got enough to file a lawsuit although suing your husband raises some serious issues. If only his name is on the loan it's going to be difficult to salvage anything out of this.
