if ihave alegal contract with this party
i owed a feed bill with this couple the husband became ill and the wife asked me to come and dicuss the bill while he washome from the hospital he was terminaally ill she said sign this contract or we will take you to court i said ididnt want to sign it ihave no way ofpaying it back right now prevoisly i had been paying it back with trucking soisigned the paper no notary of the public was present isthis a binding contract
