Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
illlegal search
did not the supreme court rule about
four years ago that it was illlegal to
search your car at traffic stop for
speeding, It was a Iowa case were
the police found some drugs and the
supreme said that they stopped him
for speeding and no need to go any
further once they had stopped the
threat.
