Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
Can my job/corp office get my cell phone records if they want to look at my calls coming in and out going? It's my personal cell phone.

It's doubtful. On the other hand the employer has a right to know what you're doing on company time.
However, Iowa is a right to work state, which means you can be terminated for any reason, good reason or no reason at all unless you have a contract of employment or a collective bargaining agreement. Keep that in mind.
