Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
Is my ex allow to leave the country if he is charged in domestic abuse criminal case? He's leaving the country tonight?

The problem is not so much leaving the US as getting into the other country. If there are pending criminal charges he might get turned back at the point of entry unless he has already obtained some sort of a waiver from consular or other authorities.
