Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
What would be the legal interpretation of the phrasing, "the Dish may not impede upon the view of the other unit owners"?
In context, my townhouse neighbor has installed a sat. dish which is on his side of the garage however, I am unable to look out my bedroom window without the back side of it in my view. Legally would it be impeding my view?

I do not think there is any case law on the subject but if the phrase is contained in the homeowners' association rules and regulations you can legitimately ask them to take some action.
