Can someone loss there 1st job because of working as a male or female dancer on the 2nd job

Unless you have an employment contract or collective bargaining agreement, your employer can sue you for pretty much any reason at all, provided the termination is not based on discrimination based on a protected class, e.g., race, national origin, etc. Being a dancer, male or female, is not a protected class.
