Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
Mortgage Mess
My bank was to take out my mortgage from my checking account bi weekly. I just found out that for the more than 2 years now they have only been taking out enough for interest and my escrow. They say it was a computer glitch. So now I have been paying interest on a loan that is the exact same as when I took it out. I just want to know if I need to get a lawyer.

How were you damaged? You still have the money if they did not take out enough, right?
