Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
not paying back a loan!!!
i loaned this person 200.00 dollars back in nov of 2000, i took this person to small claims twice, this person seems to get out of paying me back, i have a piece of paper stated that she pay me back, i havent received a dime.HELP!!!

There's not a whole lot I can do about getting your $200. You need to go back to court.
