Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
can police do this?
my friend got his car vandalized and his window smashed out, he had to clean all the glass up before he could drive, it was 1 in the morning when he left and the cops pulled him over and he was arrested for breaking curfew, isn't there some kind of distress law when your in trouble and the police are supposed to help you and not arrest you?
