Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa

My ex put a civil no contact order against me. We both violated the no contact order her more than me. She got mad at me and called the cops and I was arrested for violating the no contact order. The next day I was released and was in court at 11 am for the no contact hearing. I didn't understand what my lawyer was saying so I just read the agreement before I singed it. It was dated to expire that day so I singed it and my ex signed then the judge signed it. It was a legal document. 2 days later I called my ex and asked if I could see the dog, she hung up and called police I was arrested for violating a no contact order that expired two days prior and harassment charge.

What's your legal question? The question might be "are you going to be punished for this new violation?" The answer probably is yes, if there still is a no contact order in place. It would be helpful to see the document you say you signed.
