Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
I recently decided to end my employment at a nursing home. The assistant DON has been discussing my quitting with other aids. She has been saying that is will affect my getting into nursing school. My question is, isn't there a law that employers aren't to disclose anything about quitting with anyone at the employment? What can I do to make her stop discussing me at work?
