Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
What recourse does an Iowa teacher have if a student and her parents have filed a complaint to law enforcement that is false? The student said the teacher made a verbal threat to her when the teacher actually had no verbal contact with the student. The student said the teacher threatened to have her suspended if she continued to cause trouble. It is on record that the student has been proven to have lied twice already this year accusing other students of things that were false.
