Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
rental eviction
We rent a trailer in a trailer park, we have been behind on rent due to finanical problems. The manager gave us a written letter saying that we should get caught up by the end of June. Today June 12, the owner of the trailer stopped and said we need to pay it all by June 15th or we will be kicked out. I need to know if this is right since the manager gave us written notice already.

Re: rental eviction
This is not a civil rights question it is a question of landlord tenant law. You have not stated who your rental agreement is with. I need more information before I can give you a definite answer as to who can give you an eviction notice.
