Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
REPHRASE: If a man gets a woman drunk then lies to her to sign over to him her motorcycle (which cost over $12k), how can she get it back if she can't go thru small claims, per higher loss value than $5000?

She hires a lawyer to sue him for fraud and asks the jury for puntive damages. You let him sit there and explain why he thinks he's so special that a woman should just give him a $12,000 motorcycle. Not going to happen, because no guy is that special.
