Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
shouldn't the first responder have a duty to check on the person setting a alert against someone with out probable cause? I am being followed and have not committed a crime or even been charged. It is effecting my child, he has lost friends. My neighbors wont speak, and strangers are driving by my house yelling things. The responder that is on 1 out of 5 cel phones is saying something bad like Im a terrorist . I had a stranger tell me that I am not a patriot for no reason. I think I know who started the alert and they are on SSI for depression , how can this be allowed ?
