my sex offense happen in 1999 in result i when to prison for 5 years and got out and forget to regstrate twice and when back to prison for that in 2010 for 7-8 months i am not on probation i am have been on the sex offender registry for since 1999 and still is and i am trying to start over but it is hard because of my sex offense how do i get off the registry or get my name and pictures off the registry i feel it is not right to have my name and picture on registry anymore i have been to prison twice and complete my treatment i am ready to start my new life and get a job can anyone help out

Unfortunately there is no getting off the registry unless the offense was one which has a ten year limitation. If you went to prison for five years it's highly unlikely that this is one of those offenses.
