Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
Spitting incident by adult on a child
can charges be filed against an adult for spitting on a child. My daughter was spit on last night by their stepfather and I want to press chrges on him for that can I do so. Because in the state of Iowa its called discipline not assault is that a corrupt legal system.
