Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
time clock usage
I am a contractor and the job I am on they want me to punch there time clock ...what would be the reason?? I think it is for insurance purpose..Is there some legal jargon you can send me that I let them know that is the reason they want me to punch in and out not because they dont trust my billing

If you don't want to punch their time clock they don't have to pay you. That's part of being a contractor, right?
