Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
i am having some trouble with DHS in the Benton community. i was only supposed to be removed from my parents house for the night of Thursday 11th of march. they are not allowing me to come home except to visit one day. the agreement was that i was to be removed for that one night. what do i do know and they are accusing me a false doing?

I do not know what you know but you haven't described what the nature of the proceedings are. If you are a juvenile and are being charged with an offense of some kind I advise you to contact your court appointed attorney or ask for one.
