Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Iowa

I live in Iowa however apparently there are no attorneys in Iowa that covers this, i am searching for an attorney who is willing to assist me with filing standard 95 for civil and constitutional violations that can be proven, all proof can be instantly sent for review of determination to assist me with this case. Represenation must be on a contingency basis and I am more than willing and able to do most of the work needed, I primarily need you for guidence and down right counsel to assist me. I am not an attorney nor have any association with law , however I have been pro-se for fifteen years and have done my share of investigative, education, and with an office administrative degree, can successfully assist with documentation, letters, filings, and mailing out of my own pocket to assist with cost.

Please help me, I would not rather do this on my own with out your assistance, and I am confident once you see the information I have, you may find it inspiring enough to help.
