Legal Question in Construction Law in Iowa
my dad was just arrested for shoplifting at manards while he was stopping he put few small
parts in his pocket because they would fall out of the cart when he got to the cashier he forgot about those things and he got arrested even after he paid fine of 150 dollars at the store not he has to go to court and please guilty or not guilty i dont know what to do an he was diagnose with ptsd disorder what should i do
