Legal Question in Construction Law in Iowa
A major phone company hires a sub contractor to install underground lines in front of my house. The contractor damages my sewer line. Both the phone company and the sub contractor say it is not there job to repair this problem. Who do I take to small claims court?

The subcontractor AND the people who hired him because they should have known better.
