Legal Question in Construction Law in Iowa
Hello, I was the project manager for a 3.2 mil USDA recovery project. The major stock holder set up a shell construction co. Declared himself the builder.During the project he withdrew 140k titled as builders overhead. Also caused mass confusion and wasteful spending. Leaving the project unfinished . This project is now in default with the state of Iowa. Is there anyway this can be legal?
