Legal Question in Construction Law in Iowa
I had some remodeling-specifically plumbing work done and the business took 9 months to bill me. How long do business have to bill their clients? What's my obligation?

Your obligation is to pay the contractor. There is no time limit on when a bill needs to be sent.
