Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
Buying a Puppy
I purchased a puppy for $3000. The purchase agreement was sent to me after I paid. I refused to sign the agreement. Now they are refusing to send me the puppy. I paid by credit card. What should I do?

Re: Buying a Puppy
Contact your credit card company and tell them you did not receive the merchandise. Then go to a no-kill animal shelter and get a friend for life for $50 and donate the remaining $2,950 to the shelter.
