Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
new car purchase
good day! i recently purchased a brand new Honda SUV in Iowa. It's been a week now, and I would like to return it to the dealer and switch to a more expensive model? Is this possible? I'll still buy from the same dealer. Thank you for taking time reading my email.

Re: new car purchase
Only if the dealer wishes to do this. You have no right to return the vehicle no matter how short of a time you have owned it.
