Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
consumer rights
Purchased a chair from a large furniture store. Were called that it had arrived. Upon inspection, saw that it was used. Refused chair ad our money was returned after five days. But isn't this fraud, or breach or what?

How were you damaged? I am not sure I understand how you were defrauded if your money was returned to you.
