garnishment for more than you owe
four plus years ago an exboyfreind gave me 1200.00 for my rent, since then i have given him 300.00, i the ran into financial problems, i received papers yesterday for garnishment, now he wants over 2500.00, can he do this and what can i do?i cant afford this.

By the time garnishment is alive, you may have missed out on court hearings.
