Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I have heard that it is illegal to sell a used mattress in the state of Iowa. Is this true? I can't find any legislation to back this up!

I haven't found anything that bears on this question, one way or the other. I've gone to auctions where used bedding is sold, but my opinion is you're taking a big risk, whether you're a buyer or a seller. If it was me I'd haul it to the dump.
